Please allow 24-48 hours to process an order. 

Orders placed on Fridays, Holidays, or Weekends will not be processed until the following week.

You will receive an email when orders are complete. If you have not received an email please login and check the status of your order. 

When picking up an in store order please tell the cashier you have an online order to pickup.  An ID and a signature is required to pick up an online order. No exceptions.

Orders not picked within 10 days will not  be refunded. 

Some E-Books and all Access Cards cannot be emailed.  You must either pick them up in store or have them shipped.

E-Books are non-refundable.  

Access Codes if scratched off or opened cannot be refunded.

If you choose in store pickup all orders will need to be picked up at the Dallas Campus Bookstore unless you put a comment to have it picked up at the Lincoln Campus Bookstore. 

Orders cannot be picked up at the Kimbrell Campus. 

If you are on the NELNET payment plan for Tuition and Textbooks you cannot order online.  You must do all your purchases in store. NELNET only available for tuition in the Summer.   Textbooks cannot be added to payment plan during the Summer semester. 

Orders must be picked up within 10 days or no refund will be given.  We will make two attempts by telephone to contact the customer before items are returned to the shelf.  Please make sure your contact information is correct.  

Third Party Sponsored students must purchase in store only.  Students cannot purchase online.
