Financial Aid Purchasing Information

Financial Aid purchases will begin on January 6th for Spring 2025.

When placing an order using Financial Aid you must be a registered student or your order will be cancelled.

Anyone placing an order and the student ID# does not match the name the order is placed in we will cancel the order.  Student ID# must match student registered. 

Parents placing orders online for students with Financial Aid(Pell Grant and Scholarships) please remember do not put your name as customer name.  The students name should be the only name on the order.  If the student id# does not match the name the order will be cancelled.  You will not be contacted if order is cancelled. 

Third Party Sponsorship students cannot order online. You must come in store to purchase your course materials and supplies. Check with sponsorship office for purchase cutoff dates.

Laptops cannot be shipped or transferred to another campus.  Only one Laptop can be purchased in a semester.  Any duplicate orders will be cancelled. Laptops are non-returnable.
